Washed and picked lettuce mix
In our own mise en place kitchen we cut, peel, wash and pack in an efficient manner in order to deliver ready to use. Your lettuce mix is washed twice in ice water. This happens with machines with air bubbles instead of water jets. This way the lettuce mix isn’t bruised and stays fresh longer.
