Besides our assortment of the best quality products we also have a Du Marché line. Rungis understands that efficiency and the kitchen percentage are more important than ever. That’s why we offer several products in various quality grades.
Our Du Marché line is a productline which is fresh supplied daily. Some features earn just under class 1 and are therefore cheaper. Our purchasers select those products often from the same supplier, of which our first choice comes from. This may imply that the product comes from the same plant as the first class products, but with a little abnormality. Just a little less round, slightly smaller or bigger, but definitely as fresh and flavorful.
