They will meet and visit the best growers in just one afternoon. The location is the restaurant greenhouse and vegetable garden of Café Clementine in Barendrecht. The environment, creative bites and the relaxed atmosphere will make the day complete.

Pupils from the Cas Spijkers Academy will cook in the garden
The pupils from the Cas Spijkers Academy Nijmegen, one of the best cooking classes in the Netherlands, will cook their exam assignment during the 23th of May. The different teams will be linked to the favorite growers of Rungis.
The assignment: create one dish for the attendees and make sure the products of your grower has a leading role. In advance there is plenty of time to visit the grower and discover the world behind the ingredient.
