Prachtig knapperig en heerlijk pittig. De witte punt radijs is heerlijk als gezonde snack of in een salade gesneden. Ze kunnen ook verwerkt worden in een soepje of met aardappelpuree. Door de mooie rode kleur wordt de radijs ook vaak gebruikt als decoratie.

Herkomst

I choose Rungis because of the consistently high quality, because they have a lot of Japanese products in their assortment. And because they're a precursor.

The quality of their stuff is also three levels highter than before. But what i'm most happy about is the service of Rungis. I have never experiences this in twenty years in the hospitality industry.
