Aardpeer wordt ook wel topinamboer genoemd. Aardperen zijn licht zoet en nootachtig van smaak. Aardperen kunnen rauw worden gegeten, gekookt, gestoomd of verwerkt in soepen en puree. Tijdens het bereiden verspreiden aardperen een rokerig aroma.

Herkomst

The people working at Rungis, are very accessible; we can discuss well with them and they're always available. Also their range is very wide.

The quality of their stuff is also three levels highter than before. But what i'm most happy about is the service of Rungis. I have never experiences this in twenty years in the hospitality industry.
