Deze traditionele, licht klevende rijst is uiterst geschikt voor het maken van een authentieke risotto. Doordat de korrel tijdens het koken goed het vocht opneemt behoud hij mooi zijn stevige vorm.
Heerlijk in combinatie met bijvoorbeeld verse seizoensgroenten of paddestoelen.
