JanisFarm’s main focus is to introduce naturally grown products into the market that meets the most strict requirements for cultivation, origin, taste and quality. The berries are coming from a wooded and swamp like area in Latvia, which gives it the unique flavor.

 

The fruit- and vegetable powders, juices and the candied fruits and vegetables are grown or wild harvested in Latvia. Hempseeds in various forms like roasted, peeled or as an oil makes the impressive range complete.

Endless creative possibilities

Driving forces behind JanisFarm are the Belgians Walter and Joric. Walter is a restaurateur with a passion for honest products of natural origin and Joric is a chef. The Possibilities to buy product from Latvia are limited, the fact that Joric’s wife is from Latvia opened a lot of doors that would otherwise remain closed.

They know: vegetables are the base for making a great dish. They don’t let you wait an entire week before something’s there. They have everything, from small farmers to international products.

The quality of their stuff is also three levels highter than before. But what i'm most happy about is the service of Rungis. I have never experiences this in twenty years in the hospitality industry.
