La Bonnotte potatoes, marrowfat peas and yellow watermelon

Every week Gert Jan Zonneveld Piek inspirers you with his favorite products. This week we have our symbol of the early summer, the marrowfat pea. We also have the yellow watermelon and the first La Bonnotte de Noirmoutier potatoes.

The quality of their stuff is also three levels highter than before. But what i'm most happy about is the service of Rungis. I have never experiences this in twenty years in the hospitality industry.
